Starting at 18:00, you'll begin with a rejuvenating Pilates session led by Awen from AM Active, designed to help you move, reset, and relax. Afterwards, enjoy a guided step-by-step painting workshop with local artist Carys, who will help you create your own beautiful canvas in a fun, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere.
